Skimmer calibration

You can find a skimmer calibration automation based on Windows PowerShell here.

Recommended usage is to run the included batch script nightly shortly after 00:20 UTC using Windows Task Scheduler.

SM7IUN-3

The SM7IUN-3 DX cluster node is now up and running. It is running the AR Cluster software version 6.1.5123 and is available via telnet on dxc.sm7iun.se port 7373. It carries skimmer spots both from SM7IUN-# and the RBN.

The SM7IUN-2 DX cluster node is now up and running. It is running the CC Cluster software version 3.182 software and is available via telnet on dxc.sm7iun.se port 23. It carries skimmer spots both from SM7IUN-# and the RBN.

The SM7IUN-1 DX cluster node is now up and running. It is running the DX Spider 1.57 software and is available via telnet on dxc.sm7iun.se port 7300. It carries skimmer spots both from SM7IUN-# and the RBN.

Almost real time RBN skew analytics

The program rbnskew is now producing a web page with up-to-date skew analytics for all active skimmers on RBN. The page can be reached by clicking RBN->Analytics or directly here.

RBN skew analytics

The Calibration page has been updated to include a description of the new skimmer calibration tool rbnskew. It uses data sets downloaded from Reverse Beacon Network to calculate the systematic frequency error of active skimmers.
